CCIA is the peak industry body with a proven track record of delivering highly successful events, such as the NSW Caravan Camping Holiday Supershow at Rosehill Racecourse.

NEW EXHIBITORS TO OUR EXPOS
After reading all the information contained in this Registration Kit, click on the appropriate link below depending on your CCIA membership status.
Step 1
Enter your email address and select No, I have not registered on your site before then Sign into Account (**CCIA NSW Members only – enter email address and select forgot password).
Step 2
Complete the company information.
Step 3
Select the Indoors or Outdoors Area.
Step 4
Tick the application for a stand.
Step 5
Enter your site preferences and what products and services you offer.
Please ensure you have read through all information, downloaded the space rates sheet and appropriate maps below, before applying.

Should your application be successful, you will receive a formal contract and invoice from the Show Organiser.
Monday 20 May 2024
Payment for the Show will be due by.
If your payment has not been received by the due date, then your contract and invoice will be cancelled.

Site Maps
Site allocations for CCIA NSW shows are considered and administered using our site allocation procedure. Each application is assessed on a range of factors including:
- CCIA NSW Membership
- Past attendance at this show/expo
- Site Size and location of site requested
- Industry participation (including membership of Interstate Industry Associations and/or Caravan Industry Association of Australia)
If you want to apply for adjoining sites, please note this in the “Site Preferences” boxes – eg: if you wish to apply for sites 1 and 2 combined, please write “1 + 2” as your Site Preference.
Please note that decisions about the operation of our show and expos, including allocations of sites, are the responsibility of CCIA NSW

BUMP-IN
Wednesday 10 July – 8.30am – 6.00pm

BUMP-OUT
Sunday 14 July– 4.30pm – 7.00pm (Please note that vehicles will not be able to enter the Venue after 6.45pm)
Monday 15 July – 8.30am – 3.00pm

NEW PRODUCTS ONLY
Under no circumstances will second hand or used products be displayed for retail or wholesale sale to the general public. Exhibitors who engage in restoration or repair work and/or hire of vehicles to the industry may provide their services, however, are strictly prohibited from selling any second hand, repaired or restored product.
EXHIBITOR MANUAL
An exhibitor manual with complete show requirements will be made available online closer to the event date.
CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY
All exhibitors must provide a certificate of currency covering a minimum of $20 million public liability no later than four weeks prior to the start of the Expo.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES & MOTOR VEHICLES
All Recreational Vehicles exhibited at the 2024 Illawarra Expo must comply with the new Road Vehicle Standards Act (RVSA) Legislation, commencing 1st July 2023. In order to supply product to market (Unless concessional ie: less than 4 units per year), and exhibit products at CCIA NSW Shows, you are now required to apply for, and hold a valid Vehicle Type Approval (VTA), as supplied by the Federal Department of Infrastructure.
You will be required to provide a valid Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) number as supplied by the Federal Government once your site has been confirmed. Inability to provide a valid VTA number will result in the product being ineligible to be displayed at CCIA NSW Shows.
All exhibitors displaying motor vehicles (including towable RV’s) at shows in NSW must have staff from a NSW Licensed Motor Dealer on site at ALL times, and all transactions completed in the name of the NSW licensed dealership.
